Floral feels...


What a day, what a day! Despite battling the worst allergies I’ve ever had, I managed to capture some of the best portraits of my career—go figure, right? This styled shoot, hosted by fellow photographer  Lizzy Hall was a springtime floral dream set in the historic Valley Forge, PA area.


Our model Jenny was absolutely stunning in a layered floral sheath dress from Urban Outfitters. The vibrant florals popped beautifully against the natural greens of the fields, and when paired with a field of buttercups, it was pure magic ✨. This shoot also gave me the chance to get creative with glass prisms, long exposures, and double exposures—some of my favorite shots were the in-camera double exposures, layering two photos together, all which can be done on my trusty Canon 5D Mark III.


I’m so grateful for the creative community I’ve found and continue to connect with, even after moving away from Central PA.
