A true Central PA love story...
Rebecca and Colin’s journey began through mutual friends at work, where they decided to get to know each other better. Their first date was a thrilling day at Hershey Park in Hershey, PA —riding roller coasters and making memories. From that day on, their relationship began to blossom.
When I asked when they knew they had found "the one," they shared:
"I don’t think there was any one moment they just became my best friend and I couldn’t imagine spending any days without them in my life."
Eventually, it came time for the big question. Colin planned a romantic scavenger hunt and enlisted the help of Rebecca’s entire family. Rebecca traveled to several meaningful locations, and at each stop, a friend or family member greeted her with a personalized clue. The journey led her to Hershey Gardens where her best friend and all her loved ones were gathered, watching with joy as Colin got down on one knee and proposed.
And now—they’re married! Rebecca and Colin love spending time together, whether it’s playing video games, kayaking, or going on adventures (especially with their pup). When asked what they love most about each other, here’s what they said:
"Colin is so caring and hardworking and knows how to make me laugh. I think he challenges me to be a better person and not be so quick to get angry."
"Rebecca has such a great personality and is always there for the people around her. I think she challenges me to be more open to new experiences and not be so hard on myself."
